APPCC PLAN – ANALYSIS OF HAZARDS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS

BRK INTERNATIONAL owns and executes in all our units the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (APPCC) Plan, whose objective is the guarantee, effectiveness and effectiveness of food production hazards controls; identifying potential hazards to food safety from raw materials up to consumption, establishing, at certain stages (Critical Control Points), control and monitoring measures that ensure, at the end of the process, the with quality.
